By accessing our website, placing an equipment order, or requesting commercial quotations from Prorigix, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All commercial quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST and freight logistics charges.
3. Commercial Warranty
Prorigix provides commercial-grade warranty coverage against structural and manufacturing defects:
- Frames & Structural Welds: Up to 10 years commercial warranty.
- Barbells & Plates: 1 to 5 years manufacturer defect coverage.
- Cables, Pulleys & Attachments: 1 year commercial replacement coverage.
4. Delivery & Installation
Prorigix arranges dock or liftgate delivery across India. Clear floor access and installation site preparation must be ensured by the client prior to technician arrival.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product designs, graphics, specifications, and website content are the exclusive property of Prorigix. Unauthorized duplication or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
